Lower Gas Prices Not Stimulating Economy

Gas prices may be falling, but analysts say it's not doing much to boost the economy. Filling up for less than $2.50 a gallon in some places doesn't make up for widespread layoffs,sagging home prices, and the financial meltdown.Here's an article from the Spokesman-Review.
