The one-way section of Strahorn Road is causing some discordance between Hayden and Hayden Lake. But they're addressing the issue.
This week city council members for both cities got together to discuss the problem and agreed on a process to explore alternatives- together.
Hayden Lake designated the half-mile section of Strahorn - between Miles Avenue and Hayden Avenue - a southbound one-way in September for a number of reasons. Hayden Lake says they weren't consulted and don't like the decision, also for a number of reasons. But the good news is that they're working together to improve the situation.
The Coeur d'Alene Press has the story.
