The eagles are back on Lake Coeur d'Alene, which means that if you drive State Highway 97, you need to be extra careful. When I've been over there in past years, it's a mob scene of people stopped in the middle of the road, parked with cars halfway in the roadway, and people running back and forth across the highway, darting between cars. SH97 is already a scary stretch of road, so slow down and pay attention.Thanks to the Spokesman's Huckleberries blog for the eagle picture, by the way.
