State Highway Idaho 3 near Rose Lake has reopened to traffic, one week after a culvert running under the roadway collapsed, forcing closure of the highway.
High run-off and flooding in the area caused the culvert is blamed for the collapse. A new culvert was installed and the roadway repaired.
