CDA Considering Bike Sharing Program

The City of Coeur d'Alene is considering implementing a bike sharing program. There are programs like this in cities all over the country. But what's unusual about this situation is that the idea originally came up not as a way to help people get where they need to go, but to demonstrate to people already riding bicycles where they can park them.
